- After receiving the order, our colleague will contact you via email to confirm the leather and size, and then arrange for the customer to pay the difference or receive a refund.
- Once we have received the payment or refund, we will arrange to ship it out using the shipping method you specify.
Regarding size markings:
- Leather is priced per sqf., which is approximately 30cm x 30cm.
- The leather factory uses infrared light to measure the dimensions and marks them on the bottom of the leather, using square meters as the unit of measurement;
- Square meters: feet 1 meter squared = 10.76 sqf.
